Chewbacca rental: prices
All prices include cleaning. Pay in cash or via PayPal. €300 deposit in cash at hand-over – returned as soon as the costume is back.
Monday to Thursday. Return the next day, time by arrangement.
Friday to Monday. Pick-up and return by arrangement.
45-min appearance within Berlin (fare zone AB), incl. travel and an assistant. Each additional 45 min +€149. Companies & trade fairs from 3 h on request.

Good to know about the Chewbacca costume
Is this an original Star Wars costume?
Yes. It is the officially licensed Chewbacca Supreme Edition by Rubie's (item no. 909878) with the original label – not a replica.
What height does the Chewbacca costume fit?
Size XL, recommended for approx. 175–195 cm (5'9"–6'5"). The fur feet slip over flat shoes — dark, flat sneakers work best.
How much does it cost to rent a Chewbacca costume in Berlin?
A weekday (Mon–Thu) is €99, the weekend from Friday to Monday €179, a full week €299. The deposit is €300 in cash.
Does the costume contain latex?
Yes, the mask, hands and bandolier contain natural latex. Please don't wear it if you have a latex allergy.
How warm is it inside?
Very warm. For appearances longer than 45 minutes, please plan breaks and water.
What if something gets damaged?
Normal signs of use are included. Repair costs for damage are deducted from the deposit.
Do you ship the costume?
No. The costume is only handed over in person in Berlin, so we can try it on together and check its condition at hand-over and return.
